    Love the bagels and specialty sandwiches here but the girls up at the front drop the star rating. Service suffers because they ignore customers and are more concerned with talking to one another. I called in an order and when I went to pick up my lunch sandwich the two girls were busy talking. No one else was there. I waited patiently for them to acknowledge my presence and wasn't even greeted for awhile until there was a lull in their conversation.

    Today when I woke up I had one thing on my mind...bagels. So I had ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and had my boyfriend pick it up. I ate one half of the bagel and I immediately felt ill. I started to have a massive headache and stomach cramps so I had to lay down. The feeling of nausea was so intense, I was sweating and I had the chills and then I got sick. Im super super upset with gems bagels because that is NOT ACCEPTABLE. ruined my sunday.

    Soo I love there sandwiches. They are great. But I made a mistake by ordering my sandwich at the wrong gems. They actually told me that they had to call them to see if they made it. I was shocked. I said you're not serious. They said yes. They can't sell me a sandwich if I ordered it at the other store. I was very perplexed. Sorry if that word is to big for you owners. Judging from your business discernments you're  not all that intelligent. I simply stated to the nice well mannered young man. So your saying if the next person that comes in pays for their sandwich maybe same one as mine 8 bucks you guys make whatever and you guys turn me away try to tell me to go out of my way to the other location. Which wasn't going to happen. In retrospect you lose 8 dollars and my business. Incompetence at its best folks.

    This place is kinda expensive 18 dollars for 2 pork egg and cheese sandwiches and 2 OJ's. Maybe just good for bagels but I would skip on sandwiches .
